Fingernails Ridges
You make a big mistake if you take vitamins only for nails and hair. Primarily, because the result is hair thickening and these vitamins will not repair your ridges on the nail surface. Here is a treatment for fingernail ridges:

1. For two weeks, every day, for 5 minutes, keep your nails in lemon juice. It is simple, no expensive, and purely natural.

A recipe for fingernail ridges is formed of shells close by to 10-12 eggs and juice of 3 lemons. The mixture is left to soak for a week and finally add water and honey and eat one tablespoon a day.
